"Great place to rest your head. An older motel tucked out of the hussle and bussle. The staff are friendly, no pool. The hot breakfast was a let down. Like I said, great place to rest your head and not much else"

"The hotel room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and soap. Now the negative: 1. No phone in the room to reach front desk. 2. No TV remote. 3. All channels on the TV were snowy. Had to manually change the television channels by hand. 4. Missing face plates on some electrical outlets. 5. Cable TV cords were exposed with out face plates. 6. No sink stopper in the bathroom sink. 7. Hot water in bathroom sink was scalding. 8. Smoke alarm was not operational. Half of the alarm was on the counter of the bathroom sink. 9. Weeds during the building were > 2feet high. 10. Railings serving the stair cases outside were rusted and could not stand the weight of me, a 244 pound man. 11. I left the hotel at 9:45 am. No one was in the office and the doors were locked. It was the cheapest hotel on the internet for the night ($76. Including tax.)I guess I got what I paid for but simple maintenance of the FairBridge Inn would have made the stay uneventful."

"This place is terrible. The room was dirty. It smelled like musty, mildew, and mold. There was mold or mildew on the closet door. The lock on the front door was loose. Screws are falling out. The floors were dirty like they’ve never been vacuumed. The lamps were broken, rusted, and falling apart. Everything about this place was disgusting. Do not go here. We unfortunately had to stay. It was late at night. I have a toddler and there were no other options. We slept on top of the covers and left early in the morning. Save your money. Do not stay at this place. It is terrible."

"The staff was welcoming, the veranda was a wonderful spot to have a glass of wine and watch the city, and our breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, well-appointed and the bed was very comfy! There is lots of beautiful artwork to enjoy as well. It is very convenient to walking around downtown. This will be our go-to location for any future visits to Natchez."
