"Great location. Bathrooms need updating. Temperature of shower was either extremely cold or burning hot. Bathtub porcelain needed repair. Card key worked once. Had to go up and down the elevator 4 times and get 4 different cards taking 20-30 minutes to get back into the room, until one finally worked. No phone in the room to call the front desk, or housekeeping for an extra blanket or towels. This is concerning if there had been a bigger issue."

"Clean & well maintained everywhere. Front desk rep was very friendly & helpful. Gave us good directions as to where to eat & where the rental car place was. Breakfast was great! Lots of choices as to what to eat. Overall a very nice experience."

Both night, extremely loud and disrespectful. Arrived between midnight and 2am, with children in tow.. The staff did not seem to be able to control the influx. "Breakfast was wonderful as were Sabrina, Chastity and Janette. Issues: First Room 231: The lines were blown out Thursday and hot water was running from shower & sink. I cleaned both. Bathroom floor wet - I dried. Also the AC would not work right. Moved to Room 334: Toilet wanted to overflow every 2 flushes. The sink spewed water as there was no aerator. The water in the shower would not cut off. We reported the problems and told they would be and were fixed Friday. Not done. Reported again...
