"Many of my towels had strands of hair on them. The shower had hair strands that wasn’t my hair color. The microwave looked like it had old coffee stains on them. I do like the kitchen set up and the fridge had a lot of storage space. I did sleep well and the tv was perfect. The WiFi was a little messy but once I connected to it correctly it was perfect. Overall, I probably wouldn’t visit again unless I absolutely have to and unless they make changes. "

"Walked in door, no one at desk. Few minutes later, someone finally showed up. Went to get my bags, next person just standing there waiting to check in. Hope someone showed up?? When i entered my room, it smelled like fryer grease. Someone enjoyed cooking in the room. Bathroom towels were stained. Chair had food wiped on it. Oh well."

"There was no accommodation for disabled or handicapped visitors the toilet was very not even a toilet helper to help no handicapped rails in bathroom my sister had knee and hip surgery and I requested a handicapped room and breakfast was fair no fruit only green apples I will not be staying at this hotel again Hilton was next door same price I do visit short pump twice a year for shopping was planning a ladies fellowship next year will not be using this hotel"

"The property and room was very well maintained. It was a little busy as there were many construction workers staying there. The location was very convenient."

"The room i got wasn't super clean and there were only a few channels on the television that actually picked up. Phone service was not great either for some reason. But the beds were cozy and the shower was sufficient."
