"This is a very old property in desperate need of updating or demolishing! Rooms are in poor condition. It appears a band-aid was used for a few things such as new vinyl flooring. Everything is worn out, from the paint on the walls to the rusted lights on the end tables and the bathroom. We were in desperate need to find a room this weekend and literally this was the only hotel available and I believe I got the last room due to sporting events in the area. "This place was very clean as well as our room. Our toilet tank was not flushing right and would fill up and overflow. They did come in and replaced the handle which helped but did overflow again after it was fixed during the night. We had to use every towel and they did not come in and clean the room and clean up the towels after we cleaned up the water. I thought the price for a Holiday Inn was a little pricey."

"I’d like to start off with the positives, the staff was wonderful. Easy check in, helpful when needing assistance, easy check out. The room itself was pretty good condition, some minimal issues like marks on the wall and my daughter noticed a stain on the comforter cover. Housekeeping did well with our room turnover on our second day. So no complaints there. But that’s about the end of the positive notes. "The desk clerk was amazing! She understood the logistics of how to place guests. Children and pets in designated rooms and having people traveling solo or couples on the upper level!!!! I usually have to request this but this 20 plus year hospitality veteran knew this! I was extremely impressed! "
