"I asked for a quiet room and was given the 1 closest to elevator and ice machine! When I went back to ask to be moved I was told they were completely booked,even tho' I didn't see many people. Also, I tried to cancel the reserv. the day before and they said it had to be thru Expedia. But Expedia said it had to be thru the hotel. Very frustrating"
