"This place was very clean as well as our room. Our toilet tank was not flushing right and would fill up and overflow. They did come in and replaced the handle which helped but did overflow again after it was fixed during the night. We had to use every towel and they did not come in and clean the room and clean up the towels after we cleaned up the water. I thought the price for a Holiday Inn was a little pricey."

"The items in the room needs to be changed or upgraded. The heater/Air conditioner was too old, it’s very loud while it was on, it keeps making a loud jump noise every 15 mins. I keep waking up every few hours. Didn’t have a good sleep at all. I had to shut off the heater in order to sleep. The toilet was very loud, everytime my husband flushes the toilet, it sounded like a gun shot. It scared me 2x during at night, while I was sleeping. It was so loud, I actually woke up. "The desk clerk was amazing! She understood the logistics of how to place guests. Children and pets in designated rooms and having people traveling solo or couples on the upper level!!!! I usually have to request this but this 20 plus year hospitality veteran knew this! I was extremely impressed! "
