"There was no accommodation for disabled or handicapped visitors the toilet was very not even a toilet helper to help no handicapped rails in bathroom my sister had knee and hip surgery and I requested a handicapped room and breakfast was fair no fruit only green apples I will not be staying at this hotel again Hilton was next door same price I do visit short pump twice a year for shopping was planning a ladies fellowship next year will not be using this hotel"

"Walked in door, no one at desk. Few minutes later, someone finally showed up. Went to get my bags, next person just standing there waiting to check in. Hope someone showed up?? When i entered my room, it smelled like fryer grease. Someone enjoyed cooking in the room. Bathroom towels were stained. Chair had food wiped on it. Oh well."

"We choose this hotel for brief visits in VA. The price for what you get is appropriate and this location is quiet and we feel safe. I do not feel it's as clean as it should be. The floors always feel like they need a good scrubbing. The bed this time was very, very firm. The frig did not shut tightly and my husband had to tighten the toilet to reduce wobble. The hotel is really starting to show signs of age. They need to thoroughly clean and upgrade the rooms before things get too bad."

"There is a train nearby and you can hear the train pretty often. We didn't mind, but I think it's worth mentioning since it was pretty loud and pretty often."
