"The room was clean and nice, but there was no AC or heater. There was a wheel to change the temp but no vent or anything that made a noticeable change to the temp in the room. The walls and floors were also very thin, we were on the bottom floor and could hear every footstep or talking from the room above. "The front desk had a person but I had to check in thru a kiosk with a serpate employee that I couldn’t understand. Then the AC worked for a few hours then stopped working. Room was 80 degrees the whole night. The Breakfest staff was extremely nice and accommodating"
