"Arriving to Fairfield we were greeted with nice enough hospitality but there were three people located in the front chatting with the manager. While walking in they looked at my fiancé and I. I thought nothing of it and went to go park my truck extremely quick while my fiancé had our luggage heading to our designated room. In that short amount of time I was gone which was around a minute the young man was trying to talk to my fiancé. My fiancé of course did not respond to these flirtation...

"The room floor was sticky and smelled musty. Other than that the stay was decent. The staff were nice. If you’re looking for a breakfast option, look somewhere else because they don’t offer it. Only have a vending machine that barely has anything snacks in it."

"Rooms smell a bit musky - probably the carpet is either over used, not cleaned very well or there’s moisture elsewhere. I looked at a second room and it was similar. Stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned or made up during our stay. The receptionist was very helpful. We did not try the breakfast but had a look and seemed average. I think it’s an ok place if you’re just looking for a room to stay and nothing fancy."

"The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful."

"Wonderful hotel! The people working there could not be more kind and helpful—especially Lance, bellman, and Bridget at the front desk. Fabulous room, great amenities. Fresh chocolate chip cookies welcomed me in the room (delicious!). The gym even had an indoor track! Wish I got to experience more of the Village. Will def stay here when in Dallas! "

"I love this hotel. The restaurant isn’t as good as it used to be, which is kind of sad but everything else is great. My room was clean daily by very kind of people. I stay there for a week because I actually had a facelift down in Dallas and it was super embarrassing, and the staff was so nice to me. I got a fractional laser which made me look like an alien for a few days and they still made me feel welcome —thank you for making an embarrassing few days feel comfortable for me."

"I've had better stays - staff was friendly. However, I would not stay here again. Only the south elevator was working. Our door to the room looked like you could break it open. The shower head was broken. Breakfast was typical - but decent."
