"The Sanibel building is an old building, elevators are slow, there is no direct access to the pool area. Screened in lanai makes it difficult to take nice photos from the balcony because of the screens. Overall, was not what we expected."

"Room cleaner (who cleans bathrooms and toilets, among other things) broke the seal on an unopened box of pastries I purchased and satisfied her hunger. It makes me wonder what other unauthorized snooping activities regarding our private property are taking place when we leave the room.
Many of the workers at the property did not appear to speak English, only Spanish. It made communications a bit difficult."
