"The room definitely needed to be updated "

"I put State from May 14 through May 16. I requested a handicap accessible room upon my arrival. I was told that there were none and that I had to take a room upstairs but it was right there just climb the stairs. It’s right there. Well that was the second lie I went back downstairs to the front desk and let another young lady know that that room was not going to work for me so she booked me into a room on the first floor that the other young lady said they didn’t have went into that room...
