"We received a corner room, the thermostat didn't work, it didn't let us heat unless it was below 65F so the night was quite chilly. The important buttons on the remote didn't work so the TV was unavailable. We have stayed here before and the room we had the mattress was quite comfortable. The room just wasnt up to standards to the price paid. ...

"Ok hotel overall but had issues with our upgraded room- shower flooded the bathroom and clearly it wasn’t a first time occurrence- I thought it smelled a bit musty when we first checked in. Maintenance brought dryers for the room’s hallway carpet that was waterlogged after our shower- but we weren’t offered any alternatives when this issue was raised. Was disappointed given the extra cost for this room- I actually had to request a room change due to the bathroom flooding issues

"The Humphry Inn is located within walking distance of Union station and the VIA rail. The complementary breakfast is cereal, breads and a few hot items.
The room was very quiet and faced the parking lot.
I would stay at the Humphrey Inn again!"
