"The Expedia description said breakfast is included, but, there is no breakfast. The manager simply said Super 8 motels haven't done breakfast in a long time. I wanted to tell him I stayed in a Super 8 only a few days early and it had breakfast, but didn't want to start an argument. But hey, there is a McDonalds across the street and you can grab breakfast there. "I complained twice about a extremely noisy air conditioning unit in the room next to me. Nothing was done. I request to change room but front desk said they would solve the problem. Nothing happened."

"No , pull out bed for my child even though it was the sole reason I booked here. When I spoke to customer service they informed me the website lies all the times, also elevator was faulty but a notice was posted that it was functional but finicky. My family and I got stuck for half an hour and had to be rescued by the local fire department. Not the best experience"
