"The pool is not open that was a lie then we get to our room there’s a bonnet and sex toy in the bed “how was the room cleaned prior to our stay”? It’s states breakfast well they have nun front desk stated there hasn’t been none since they took over lastly there are no pots to cook at all in the unit no dish soap and then the luggage carrier broke into pieces old and rusty! I was very unsatisfied with my stay ! Hopefully as it get renovated you guys do better ! You can’t even get a cup of coffee...

"The young lady that checked us in was a trainee and not at all professional or friendly. I had booked two rooms, and she could not find my second room. I asked for a nonsmoking room as I have Asmah. The first room for the girls smelled like marijuana, the second move had a terrible smell coming from the AC wall unit. My room had cigarette burn holes in the comforter and other large holes as if a large rat was trying to make a nest. The manager came and told me if she changed me to other rooms I...

"Room was ok. Floors with no carpet and too slick. The room felt damp. Room was clean. No amenities like hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner. Only a bar of soap and 2 towels. Full kitchen but nothing in it. You have to bring your own kitchen supplies or buy theirs. Hallway carpet very old and dirty. Hall way smelled. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. There was a yelling match in the room next door to us the first night and next morning but very quiet the next two nights."

"Received key for 1st room, room wasn't cleaned. 2nd room, key didn't work, 3rd room had a hole in the wall, tv didn't work and the bathroom wall was very dirty. Dried up something- gross. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic. Also, they charge you additional fees totaling $75 that aren't mentioned on expedia. They charge a deposit, utility fee and cleaning fee and even charge your card before your stay. If it wasn't late and i didn't just drive 11 hours, i would've stayed...
