"The property is currently undergoing renovations, and the newly updated rooms are exceptional. They feature attractive laminate flooring, updated bathrooms, new bedding, drapes, and furniture. During our stay, the General Manager mentioned that approximately 19 rooms had already been renovated, with another 19 currently in progress. The suites are spacious and comfortable. I have stayed here before, but this was my first time in one of the newly renovated rooms, and I was pleasantly surprised...

"Building was hot hot. Had to be 80 degrees plus. Open my room door and the batteries are hanging out of the lock. The hot water took forever to get hot. Put it on full blast and it wasnt even warm. The ac was loud but worked."

"Nice renovation from the Quality Inn I was told it used to be. Beautiful bar, Hearth and Vine, loved the local artwork all over the hotel. Room was clean and staff members were very nice and welcoming."

"Room itself was clean, bathroom was adequate but showing its age. Building itself is also an older property in need of upgrades, but for the price, was expected. Breakfast was fantastic, made fresh from the Irish Restaurant. Could order one of 3 options, I had the eggs, bacon, home fries and toast with coffee and my son had the pancakes and bacon, both were excellent!"

"Easy access from highway, and there were plenty of parking spaces. Staff member was friendly and sign in was quick and easy. The room and bathroom were both clean. Sheets pillow cases blankets and towels were also clean. The heater-air conditioning unit was quiet, but difficult to regulate. After cooling down the room I turned it off for the night. No elevator, so I had to trudge up two lifts of stairs to get to my room on the 2nd floor. Overall a decent place to stay."

"This is the third time we have stayed here. We were in love after our first visit. It’s nice to see Skowhegan have a nice new place to stay. We love that they turned an old mill building into a hotel. The rooms are great, plenty of room for my small family of 3. The rooms are bigger than a standard hotel room. Prices have been great also. My only complaint is the TV’s. 2 out of the 3 stays we’ve had trouble with the tv’s they function fine, but they always freeze, we think it could be the wi-fi...

"The support and service was outstanding! The Inn had a wonderful vibe - sitting on the front porch felt like sitting on the front pot at my home. It felt like a place where everyone knew your name. By the time breakfast ended, the other guests were sitting at our table where we talked for what seemed an hour. Highly recommend!"

"Loved the industrial design of the hotel, natural ME pine wood. Their website should note entrance is actually on Front Street, not Main. I went around 3 times until I found the entrance(parking across the street.) Copley College involved in the hotel, branch of their museum up the street. I went back to Waterville(childhood vacation), to go the Colby free museum, so great! All in all, Waterville is back and worth a visit. I noted to staff at hotel the bar staff, one young woman, should pay...

"The room had updated bath, clean and nicely appointed. Comfortable bed and pillows were perfect! Breakfast was good, the ladies were very nice. Overall, great experience with it being our first time staying at a Hampton Inn. Will definitely stay at others."
