We arrived in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to receive an early check-in — something we really appreciated after traveling. "This is a wonderful hotel in an excellent location. It is located near the Old Town, shopping, and numerous restaurants. The staff is warm and welcoming, daily room service was efficient, and my room was spotless. Because I was on a working vacation, I chose a suite, and the room had dining and living space, as well as an excellent work area with multiple outlets nearby. It was easy to keep my electronic equipment charged. Sarajevo was a fascinating city and I hope to visit it again. When I...

"Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally connected to the SCC which was SO continent for food and shopping!! Its also just a short 30 minute walk / 8 minute drive away from old town. You can also get the tram which is right outside the hotel by the mall entrance. There is even another mall right opposite outside with more food and shopping options. The room was clean, spacious and amazing views. 10/10"

"The apartment is comfortable and is exactly what you need for a weekend in Sarajevo. Two separate floors make the apartment seem spacy. The location is excellent with a short walk to the old city and most of the museums and other sights.Check-in was very easy and the hosts were friendly and accomodating."
