"Website said only pool was closed, but found out hot tub was closed too when arrived. They need to clarify that on website. Finished a long organized bike tour and had been looking forward to a hot tub. Front desk person offered to upgrade us to a room w/jacuzzi tub but would have had to transport bikes up to 2nd floor so we passed. Brk options were fair. Sticky, unmarked syrup bottle. Layout made no sense- butter not near syrup, both separate/away from waffle maker. Large, open bright...

"This is our hotel of choice when visiting family in the area. We’d had a bad experience the night before at a hotel in Boise so were very glad to arrive at our ‘home away from home’ in the area. The staff are great, beds comfortable, great showers, the rooms a good size. The location is convenient to shopping, the interstate (without having the noise). Breakfast is continental, with make your own waffles, but with the added plus of scrambled eggs, sausage, and other hot options. It’s an older...

"Pool and room were great. They closed too early for breakfast, they had a whole pot of oatmeal, I went back and it was already moved to the back, many people kept showing up and the staff was very rigid. Put the oatmeal outside the doors, better than throwing it away, same with waffle mix."

"Great customer service, central location, clean rooms. However the pillow was the worst pillow I've ever used and the beds were uncomfortable. Decent for a one nights stay."

"Clean, comfortable and quiet. Pleasant staff."

"Nice rooms"

"Very fun spot to stay. Loved the history and the idea behind everything. I understand that staying in a historic hotel means everything is old but our room, towels, and bed linens all had a very strong, peculiar odor. The bed was very hard. Off-putting for my spouse but I was comfortable here."

"We stay here often. You can’t beat the location, and the hotel is very comfortable."

"Our stay here was great. From the service to the amenities and the actual hotel room. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions. The room was clean and spacious. The location to downtown was perfect for us because there is a bus station and train station 5 min walk from the hotel. They were able to accommodate an early check in for us at 10 am. The staff was very accommodating. The continental breakfast was great too."

"Room was clean, mattress is good"

"The evening staff was very helpful but my key would not open my assigned room. Someone was in the room when staff went with me to check out the problem. Then they assigned a new room and key and that did not work too. The staff was apologetic but it was annoying."

"We did not use the breakfast, bar nor pool. The room was clean and staff were pleasant. It’s right off the freeway which was nice"

"Great experience! Location was perfect for exploring sites downtown. The monorail being so close was also great! Woods stay again."

"Nice"
