"I have never been so disappointed in a motel in my life. This place at first glance looked like the pictures but when you looked closer, it was absolutely filthy. There was dust everywhere, the room smelt musty and damp and there were hairs in the bed and on the floor. The towels were stained and so thin they couldn't even dry your hands. "Was unable to check in until after 6.30pm, 2 and 1/2 hours after expected time, as room wasn’t cleaned in time.
Was told by front desk girl we would receive a partial refund. The manager told as we booked through 3rd party there would be no refund.
No air conditioning in internal hallways
No chairs on our balcony to enjoy our ocean front view.

"The location on the beach is amazing. Almost every room on the sides of the building has a partial view of the ocean. I did not partake in the breakfast or cocktail hour so I can’t speak to how good or bad those were. The only downside Is the distance from restaurants. I went during down season so it was easy to get in the car and drive to a restaurant but in peak season I can foresee it being more difficult. I would stay here again."
