"I’ve never given a bad review of a hotel I’m staying at over 500 nationwide. Problems happen from time to time and I understand that and always give the hotel a chance to make it right. Our carpet in our room was wet and soaked all of our belongings by morning, the fridge didn’t stay cold and all of our groceries were warm by morning. Was assured the ‘manager’ would call me to discuss but haven’t heard anything. Whole place smelled of mildew. Unfortunate experience."
