"Legitimately baffled by the good reviews. Like, sure, it's a full kitchen with in-unit laundry in a decent location for a reasonable price, but there's so much wrong with it. Most of my complaints are, individually, fairly minor. I didn't love the confusing light switches or the stinky, grungy hallways, but whatever. I'd let that slide. "Good location, clean property and close shopping, coffee and restaurants. Just needs a little updating, feels a bit 80’s. But would say here again for sure! Has a pool but stayed in the winter so could use it of course but great to have for summer! Cute place! "

"If I could give them 10 stars I would. Communication was excellent and prompt. If not right away it was just a few minutes. Apartment was super nice, so welcoming and comfortable. Location is easy to get to, close enough to entertainment yet far enough away to have the peace and quiet for a relaxing wind down. Well equipped apartment with the basics plus a couple of special touches just to make you feel cared for. Highly recommend this place and the company."
