Staff were friendly but incorrectly told me I needed to pay tourism tax and I was required to evidence that it was already covered by Expedia. I understand that power requires the key card but it's the first time this extended to plug sockets which meant my phone didn't charge while I was out in the morning - seems a bit overkill. "
