"Parking was free and staff were helpful during our short stay, the cleanliness of the floors in the rooms could have been a little better and the snack bar area they have with drinks didn’t have a good variety of drinks to buy (no vending machines to use). "We were in the 6th floor and it was evident that there was an issue with the air conditioning. There were fans in the hallway. Our room AC was set on 65 which was that when we came in our room but the temperature in the room never went down past 74 degrees. Very uncomfortable to sleep. Only dealt with it because we only needed a room just to get through the night. Hopefully it gets fixed soon but to know there’s an AC issue as a whole and still book people in those rooms is a little absurd to...

"We had neighbors next door who were babysitting for a group of kids. The kids ran up and down the hall all night. Finally at 2:30 am I heard what sounded like a really big bang. Like someone being thrown against the wall. Then a child started to scream. Finally I called the front desk. They called the other room and then things quieted down. Then at 6:30 someone started to weed eat or use a leaf blower outside the room. It was Sunday Morning!!! So for $200 I got approximately 4 hours of sleep....
