"Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms and public areas, and very comfortable. Arguably the most central location in Manchester. Only slight niggle was the absence of bar staff. We twice had to go out for a coffee because there was no one to serve us. Is this a consequence of the National Insurance increase?
