"Excellent welcome on arrival. Room was very basic and not very clean- bathroom floor and room carpet dirty and stained. Room very noisy early morning and bed creaked every time we moved! Had we been staying here more than 2 nights and it was literally a place to sleep we would have gone ..."

"The room was excellent. However, I stayed on the hottest day of the year and the room was sweltering and unfortunately the hotel had run out of fans. Not the end of the world though............the bar was airconditioned and the Otter ale was fab."
