"Check in was difficult, mix up with rooms. Getting an home of someone was very difficult and ended up talking to housekeeping who weren’t surprised. Advertised beach chairs, umbrellas and towels to use but the chairs werelocked up and no umbrellas or beach towels to use. The room was gorgeous and huge when we eventually had it figured out but still. Would actually stay again but hope the hiccups are fixed and better communication."

"Slightly elder hotel, but still clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and breakfast had a very nice variety. The only cons were the mini fridge and microwave or literally right outside the bathroom door so you had to make sure the bathroom door was completely shut before opening the mini fridge or make sure it was open wide enough so you could open the mini fridge. Only other slight con was the king size bed was pushed almost all the way up against the air conditioner so getting in and out of the bed from that side, you kinda had to turn sideways in my husband, still hit his leg on the AC unit. Hotel in good location and easy on and off the interstate"

"Liked the room size but could have used a a dresser for clothes. Refrigerator had a problem cooling. Overall I liked the location. It was close to shops, restaurants, and the pier. Would stay again."

"I own a condo on the island, but when we arrived the HVAC was not working….on a Friday night. It was too hot to stay there. I looked around the island and found this property. I was perfect because my son and his friend was with us, so it accommodated us. I booked it and arrived in 15 minutes. The front desk clerk was ready when I got there with keys. She was very helpful, explaining the property. I would recommend Sea Palms to anyone after this experience."
