"The staff was exceptional and the rooms were large. My only issue was with Expedia unfortunately. I booked through their app and one of the pictures shows a grill and says "grill/picnic area". We brought along nice steaks to throw on the grill in celebration of our anniversary. However, the grill was not for public use! Very misleading. The hotel staff tried to make it right by upgrading our room to one with a kitchen, but we turned it down. Our room was fine, just disappointed. Pool area...

"The towels were thin and not suitable for adult use. Our room smelt musty and the floor was sticky. I don’t believe the sheets were changed from previous use. Usually I don’t leave any reviews. I was disappointed that this was a corporate owned property that was not up to my minimum standards."

"Beds were comfortable. Could be a little cleaner but overall was good place to stay."

"The pool area with the splash pad were excellent! We noticed our room had old popcorn on the floor and a remote had sticky stuff on it, so we cleaned ourselves with some Clorox wipes. The attached bar isn’t really a restaurant, but there are near by restaurants that will deliver to the hotel. This was a great place to stay with children and was near by a big show that we attended. We would stay again."

"Property seems to be under construction or have ongoing maintenance issues. Hot tub was out of order but the pool worked. Minimal continental breakfast so dont rely on it. Hallways were like saunas. Beds and bathroom were clean. Bedroom floor...dont walk barefoot."

"I had a terrible experience. My children and I walked into our first room, and it was dirty and not cleaned from the night before. We went to the front desk to request a new room, and we went into that room, settled in, looked forward to a nice relaxing evening, and discovered the toilet was not working. I went to the front desk and told them we needed a plunger, and the staff person at the front desk handed me a plunger and did not say anything. The plunger did not fix the problem, so we...
