"Desk Clerk at 1:30am during check in was not very friendly or helpful. We asked for a luggage cart, he told us there were none available. When we went to elevator dragging our luggage there were 2 luggage cart sitting in the elevator area. Very poor service, did not move from the desk, was constantly staring at cell phone."

"what I liked about the Property our first glance, the Property was clean and inviting the grounds and particular the lobby was very acceptable and clean, but when I got to the room, there was a older and it just didn’t look a lot inviting furniture was dirty. "Traveled with my family. First day, we checked in, the microwave was filthy smelly with milk. I brought it to the attention of the reception, they did nothing to correct it. The beds aren’t comfortable. We was supposed to spend two nights but we checked out the next day. Bad experience."

"We checked in with a request for a quiet room as we have a big event the next day. When we checked in we don't feel noise from the sky although it's close to Dulles airport. However, it turns out that the sound insulation is very poor. At night both of us were awakened by big noises next door. I can clearly hear all the talks of our neighbors and the noise from their activities. It's as if all of us are living in one big room. I think there's serious construction deficiencies in this hotel....

"It's a Red Roof, so I don't expect frills. Room was clean. The AC unit in our room kept cool but didn't seem to pull the humidity out. Fridge was handy, the breakfast very limited. Only gripe I have really is the center door, which is supposed to be secure, was not operational. So anyone could gain access to the building."

"Very nice stuff. Great breakfast (included). Rom was clean, but only ok. I guess I still live in the past, when these prices would get you much better accommodations. Air conditioner was quite noisy. So since anything around Washington DC is very expensive, I guess this is ok."
