Great staff, specially Celina at front desk who helped me with milk for little one. Great breakfast menu and big spacious rooms, right opposite train station

Lovely hotel, lovely location, lovely staff. Wifi was patchy but maybe not such a bad thing for a retreat holiday! 😉

Superb Location for Titlis!! Very helpful staff!!

This was our second stay here & stayed in one of their amazing panoramic rooms for 2 nights for my 50th. We really enjoyed the breakfast & visiting the local resturants and going to the local town easily by train & went to the top of the mountain. Titlis lift walking distance, amazing breakfast. The hotel is cozy and the village beautiful and amazing. One of our best holidays. Hotel is not 5 star, didn’t bother us. It is an old building with lots of character. Breakfast catered to vegans as well as avo-lacto. Staff helpful. Train station 1 minute walk.

Really pleased with our stay here, the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us on several occasions, the location is absolutely beautiful, I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful spacious modern apartment in a good location . Wish there was an oven and a freezer as we brought some frozen oven meals for dinner and had to chuck them away but otherwise loved the apartment .

Great Value for money, very friendly and great location

We had a great time. Nice clean hotel suitable and comfortable with kids

Absolutely fantastic stay at this property. Perfect location, room was fantastic, lake view was perfect, staff were very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely the perfect place to completely switch off from everything. Staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay so delightful, from the lovely breakfast ladies and the drivers who picked us up and dropped us wherever we wanted to the reception and housekeeping staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much for the best experience in a beautiful place!
