"Checkin was frustrating… we were in a ‘private residence’ however we’re not told this. It was relevant because we were only able to use 2 out of the 5 elevators available and even then you had to use a different scanner to access the floor level you were on. None of this was explained to us until the 3rd time we approached the reception! We were also given only one set of keys for a 2 bedroom apartment.
We wanted to use the TV however this did not work and the remote appeared to have no...

"While this is a beautiful old hotel, it does come with some issues. The HVAC in our room did not work. We asked 3 times to get fixed. Luckily the windows can open but the street noise was very loud. The shower was nice but water splashed everywhere due to the small glass door and very slippery. Dated but full of charm. Not a 5 star but perhaps a 4."
