"The reception staff was helpful and made efforts to arrange for early check-in. The apartment is nice and modern. It is well-equipped. The location is close to the main train station and close to tram stops. Perhaps the management can re-look at the opening/closing of the shower glass door. It opens outwards and pushes the bath mat away; thus shower waters dripping wet on the floor. Perhaps the property can look at fitting a heating track in the bathroom. Overall, it's a nice place."

"The room itself was fine, and the building. However, I would not book this property on the Exp platform. This is because this platform does not seem to have proper communication with the property. Everything is supposed to be "virtual" check in etc but I realized the morning of my reservation that I had no info about how to get into the building. I was able to call a phone number and after a few tries got in. I would book this hotel again but direct with the hotel. The communication needs are...

"Good location, clean room, easy check in process. Nice and quiet away from the busy old town square but short enough walk. Would recommend if looking for somewhere simple and cheap for a few nights away! "

"really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. "

"Lovely clean apartment, clean comfortable bed. Excellent location short walk to main square but no noise so good nights sleep. Local shops everywhere to pick up things like milk and bread. Well-equipped kitchen area, microwave, cooker top, fridge, iron and ironing board. Great shower and hairdryer, couldn’t fault it, would definitely recommend and would book again 👌 "

"Very clean, comfy bed and sofabed, ideal equipment e.g. cutlery, kettle. The shower leaked unfortunately, it did not meet in the middle and also leaked at the side, these were both because one of the doors wasn't attached properly! However, we found a cleaner and she was realky helpful snd ptovided s mop and bucket and extra towels. On arrival we couldn't find the bedding for the sofabed, called the phone number and the petson who answered was really helpful. However, overall a great stay!...

"A fairly last minute booking and what a booking it was. An absolutely stunning apartment we stayed in with the most beautiful balcony. Very cosy, homely and exceptionally clean. Could not fault at all. The communication with Fragola was excellent throughout, sending messages via the app to check in. Would absolutely recommend Fragola apartments to anyone staying in gorgeous Krakow. Thankyou so much for having us!"
