I stayed at this hotel many times. While the staff has always been wonderful, the conditions decline. The 2nd floor carpet is a trip hazard everywhere, it has come unstuck from the undersurface and bubbles up in many areas. Our first room of the night, 261, the toilet broke. They fixed it. The hotel was very clean and pretty but the best part was the staff. They were all SO SO fantastic. The "water park" is also awesome. Highly highly recommend!

This hotel is pet friendly and had dogs there. The room across the hall had a dog that barked all night. We were unable to sleep at all. Pretty miserable experience.
