"Had a very nice day at the hotel. It was quiet the rooms were clean and the bed was ultra comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast and eating it by the pool or by the pond in the back. Plenty of wildlife around and close to the beach and Broadway on the beach. I was there too is it a family member but I also made time for myself as well. Nice day would definitely come back. Love the 24-hour free coffee as well 😁"

"Spacious rooms, clean and a beautiful view of the beach. The staff was super friendly and breakfast was great. This was an ideal spot for a family with kids! Easy access to the beach and many pool options. "

"Room was clean and staff was helpful. Not so good was one day one of the 5 pools heater was not working well and was 78 not 87. And the hot tubs indoors were in need of cleaning. Beach view was great and fold out couch was nice. Also they do not provide any beach chairs or towels even though you see them in the picture the chairs are from the city and the lifeguard charges $65 a day for two chairs and an umbrella. Also no vallet parking which is a pain."

"DO NOT BOOK, bedbugs and disgusting place. Nothing like pictures or reviews. My wife said it was the worse place we ever been to, and that was BEFORE we discovered bedbugs crawling in the bed where our kid was going to sleep. In addition to all inclusive Expedia price, They charged additional $100 just to confirm the reservation because we were going to arrive later in the night. After driving for 8 hours, we were so looking forward to getting to this place and getting some sleep. The place was...

"Great area plenty of things to walk to and the beach is right there. Room is very old and the floors had lot on them as if they haven’t been swept. The hot tub wasn’t working and nobody told me when I checked in, had to find out when I was ready to get into it. $150 hold for one night stay is a lot specially for the type of hotel when I stayed at higher end hotels and only had a $30-$50 hold a night. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here unless you are fine with a cheap stay."

" I’m not usually be one to leave bad reviews but this was just an “okay stay” due to house keeping. After the second day of having our house keeping sign up, no one ever came to clean/ give clean towels, and I had to go to the front office to get fresh towels and I had to take out our own trash. This is after we saw them in the hall way cleaning the room next to us. I did call down after we got back up (2hours later) and yeah, no one came. I was pretty upset about that and the staff up front...
