"Perfect place to stay"

"The room was clean, bathrooms could use some work. Breakfast was again not great. They had eggs and sausages out this time but they were cold. No one came to check or refresh it, so I’m sure they were not following food safety compliance. In such a small town with not many restaurants I was hoping they could do a better job."

"We had a lovely stay that we booked that morning. The staff was kind and gave our daughter lots of attention on her birthday. Appreciate the ear plugs in the rooms. Everything was clean, including the pool area that the kids loved! My son said the beds were especially comfy. Thanks for the great place to stop on our way across Wisconsin."

"I liked the king and queen bed. The bathroom is very small. The breakfast was just ok. The coffee was luke warm."

"The room was clean with ample space to park. The entire property is looking a little rough around the edges but I wouldn't let that stop you from staying there. You can clearly hear traffic noise but that didn't bother us. Our only issue was the Roku TV which kept trying to connect which made it impossible to watch."

"The tv didn’t work in our room and the phone also didnt work to call the front desk to ask about the tv. There was not any soap in the body wash container in the shower, at least there was one bar soap to use."

"Everything was filthy, entrance 6 had a horrid smell you had to hold your breath to walk though. Bed had crumbs and dog hair. There was womans underwear left behind from previous occupant. Rooms smelled like mold, when they came to change the sheets the owners wife and daughter came and looked visibly upset. The pool was dirty, the hot tub had visible floating dead skin cells. When it was time for breakfast there was not much to pick from not enough for the people that showed up for it."

"Our room was with out hot water 2 of the 3 days we were there. Out toilet didn’t work and Jen asked to be moved management was rude and told me I could leave. This was holiday and birthday trip for my 2 sons. This ruined our trip"

"This was the most atrocious stay I have ever had at a hotel. I called to let them know that I would be bringing a service animal as a courtesy and they proceeded by asking me illegal questions about my dogs that are against ada compliance and laws. They said they would do an assessment of my dogs once we arrive and after I told them that this was illegal they backed off. Then once we got there she asked for paperwork regarding my service dog. Which is also illegal. Then once we entered the room...
