"We reported that some bugs bite my husband. The bugs came from the bed as he slept. When we reported evidence of bugs, and his bites. The hotel denied the bug bites and still charged us to stay there. We will never stay in this hotel again. I was a bit terrible experience. No one plays when it comes to bug bites. Especially in a hotel. E left the hotel in middle of the night."
