"Clean rooms and wonderful staff."

"Breakfast is below average and would not depend on eating there again. My room AC had a very noisy sound coming from the AC. The guy at the front desk came up and looked at it. He then changed the room to one down the hall. It was fine and no more noise. The hotel is old but the rooms are OK. It's my rating of average for Tulsa, OK. I will look for another hotel next time with a better breakfast offering."

"​I want to give a massive shout-out to Dylan, the manager, and Chris, the maintenance guy, for providing the best service I’ve ever received at a Hilton property. ​I originally checked into an economy suite booked through Expedia, only to find the room occupied by fentanyl addicts. Despite Expedia breaking their own policies and leaving me completely stranded, the team at Home2 Suites stepped up. They took care of me in the most respectable way possible and turned a nightmare situation...

"Water was shut off several hours. I was in the shower when it was turned off...not good. When I called the front desk, they coukd have been more pleasant."

"I had to ask for linens and shampoos and conditioner. I normally have all that on a trip but that was last minute. I asked 3 times, never brought to my room."

"Expedia misrepresented the deal by not highlighting the fact that the rate was for a non smoking room! When I contacted the hotel I was told they would not change it and that I must take it up with the 3rd Party provider….I tried to also amend the dates of my stay as Expedia had also made an error in not confirming a prior booking that I had attempted to make. Whilst none of this was the direct fault of Oyo, their rude and dismissive attitude was very disappointing. Granted they said they had...

"Very helpful staff at check in, gave us a wheelchair for the day to visit the aquarium easily, told us about Route 66 at night, lent us tourism books on Tulsa. They were fabulous."

"My toilet was not filling. I discovered it at midnight when I returned from a graduation party. I was able to fix it myself. It happened one more time the next morning. Again I fixed it. I did report it to the desk when I left. Hope it was addressed."
