"The entire second floor smelled like cigarettes and they kept my security deposit. When I called to ask who checked my room the gave me the run around. I don’t smoke so it made no sense that they said my room smelled. This place is sketchy and they will falsely accuse you in order to steal your money. "

"It’s always nice to have a getaway with friends and to be able to do it in the comfort of a private home. The customer service from the staff is also wonderful."
