"Romm was clean, breakfast was good, although the process a little convoluted. Parking was inconvenient due to Hyatt providing event parking and over booking their garage, so we had to park in overflow down the street."

"Room was clean but very small. While I was staying, there was a consistent knock at the door. I literally checked it twice and had to leave the door open just for it to stop. Also, very noisy. Outside of the flaws, it was a decent 1-2 night place to stay. Probably won’t book again though."

"First time at this location and last. In the area for an appointment so this location was convenient. Online total was different than upfront. Okay cool a few dollars. So total was $400 with the damage deposit. After he said that he asked was we parking here. I mean of course we are. He said an extra $15 wow that’s not included okay. Then he proceeded to tell us our amenities. He said breakfast will be from 6:30-9:30 great! Next morning we got up for breakfast to be told that this wasn’t apart of our purchase. So the front desk associate told us we had breakfast between specific hours but didn’t tell us it was included or excluded but told us everything we had to pay for. So we’re thinking breakfast is included. So we would have paid more money for breakfast. It’s a lot of fees we wasn’t informed about. For the parking and breakfast you mines well take the extra deposit!!"

"Overall a nice hotel. My door did not close on its own, and needed to be repaired, the pipes are noisy, the walls are thin, and a few other things about the place that are easily forgotten about. The staff by far is what stands out as the best thing about this hotel. The staff was really good. Especially the valet staff, they were incredible."

"Not a great place to stay if you enjoy quiet rest. Two loud bars - one on the roof, one in the basement - means bass reverbs through the historic walls of this place. Requests for a quiet room were basically met with a shrug from the staff. The brand and vibes are very cool... but wish they focused more on the actual basics of a hotel."

"Close to where I needed to be.. easy walk from the Marta (downhill) .. made travel from the airport fast and cheap ...not the cleanest and safest feeling train system tho."
