"The lobby was under renovation I wasn’t aware of that, the breakfast was just okay, the rooms were clean and taking care of, the shower had light pressure, the parking lot was adequate. This hotel is in a good location easy access to the 405 & 101 I would recommend it for mostly location."

"The motel is completely remodeled very nice interiors. Not necessarily a lot of little extra no coffee maker not lots of soaps, etc. but you don’t miss it because the interior remodel is very nice. Everything white modern sinks bathrooms all nicely remodeled clean safe very centrally located to Van Nuys. Sherman Oaks is the access the new parking in the back. And very affordable."

"Although the room was clean, the TV didn’t work, lights attached to bed didn’t work, despite mentioning it to reception, nothing was done about it, the entire surrounding of the motel was filthy, noise throughout the night, drug trades going on, found out from locals there was a history of murders onsite. DO NOT BOOK it is my strong advice."

"The person at the counter was pleasant. The room could have been more clean. The towels were black not white. The pool was dirty and i highlu doubt that anyone uses that pool. I have toddler that wanted to get it. So disappointed. The environment was not as shown on the website and pictures. I would not stay there again."

"Bad place a lot of homeless people rund down hotel. Motel 6 is probably way better. It's totally false advertisement that's why no refund. They guy went in the room before we did took a minutes to fix whatever there was no couch a old futon it smell like mildew and paint plus no room everything was so close to everything the online picture shows enough space tv on wall everything was so different. "Very, very poor facility, with homeless people occupying the parking spaces. It was so bad that I ended up not using the room for the two nights I paid for. Did not feel safe for myself or my rental car"

"There is plenty of parking and surrounding area is great! Many shops and restaurants to choose from. However, hospitality is almost non existent at this establishment, staff is rude and it doesn’t appear that they like to be bothered to fulfill their job title and duties. Unfortunately, we needed a 1 night stay and thought why not? Totally regret our choice, don’t skimp out on a good nights rest for a few dollars."

"The lobby was really pretty and the room was updated. The rest of the exterior of the building is really shabby and there was a homeless person living in the parking lot, albeit she was very nice. I understand that improvements are very expensive and they take time but it was quite noticeable that the building needed some love. The to go breakfast provided in the lobby was very nice."
