"severe issues with my stay Gallery Bethesda 2 for the dates of August 7-9. After driving 14 hours from Wisconsin to drop my daughter off at Howard University, my family and I arrived exhausted and looking forward to relaxing. Instead, we have encountered a series of unacceptable problems.
First, the garage key was missing from my check-in envelope. While customer service offered a reimbursement for alternative parking, I should not have to pay out-of-pocket for an amenity I already covered....

"This property is far below the Hyatt Place standard. Torn carpeting and wallpaper and missing baseboards in the hallways. In the lobby, one elevator was not working and the back doors to the parking were lot locked due to repairs. Poor-quality breakfast food. And the glass shower half-wall in the bathroom is very annoying: you have to reach around it to turn on the water and get hit with cold water, and the water spills on the bathroom floor.
There is along an outrageous $15 per night parking...
