"Clean, quiet, and convenient"

"Older. Needs a refresh. Water never got hot. Just tepid. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was awesome! Overall a good stay. Just bummed about a cold-ish shower."

"The place is absolutely beautiful. The setting is perfect. The staff was kind and helpful. Here are a few little things that would have made it a perfect experience. The breakfast on both days was original and interesting. However, it was supposed to be hot not like warm. Outside of our room by the water station was a tray of dirty cups that was there untouched for three days. It may seem petty but our bathroom had only a single roll of TP that was almost used up. The mentioned complementary...

"Really welcoming and relaxing atmosphere."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The property was so cute, cozy, and incredibly clean. It’s within walking distance of a beautiful winery, and you even get a 10% discount just for staying at the bed and breakfast! Such a nice little perk! And Miss Olga makes the BEST omelets! Everything about our stay was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Well taken care of property"

"Breakfasts were great. The temperature of the room could be adjusted. The room had a soft chair. The motel was close to fast food and a car rental place."

"The temperature in the room was set up at 73° and the thermostat was locked. The attendant did not want to unlock it, and I had to demand the owner of the property to be called at which time the key for the box was found, and I was allowed to adjust the temperature in the room."

"No additional help"

"Most importantly, the cleanliness of the room and the staff were absolutely excellent. We stayed in the Hawthorn North Suite. Room: I would have enjoyed a firmer mattress. My wife had no complaints, but I had to place a pillow under my legs for back comfort. The soaking tub was quite nice; however, only one person could fit in the tub and there were no built-in water or air jets. Cottage: There was a beautiful, in-tune piano to which we had access. There was also a pool table in the...

"The hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful, we had an issue with our toilet and somebody immediately came up and fixed it."

"Perfect for a one night stay"

"Upon arrival the door to the room we were assigned was wide open."

"The room was infested with roaches. There was food left ln the micowave that had gone bad. The bathroom had not been cleaned. We have stayed there a couple of times before with no problem but it has definitely gone down. Will never stay there again"

"Booked a suite but day of they called and said only had a regular room available. Breakfast is decent, but hot options (eggs, sausage) only on weekends. Room isn’t cleaned every day, which is fine, but had to ask for washcloths and coffee (don’t have any). Room ok but peeling paint, generally dingy and needs upgraded. Cockroach in bathroom one night. Noisier than other hotels - from hallway. Door don’t seem to block much noise. Of approximately 10 hotels we have stayed in last 10 years,...
