"The room was not clean, floor was sticky, bathroom ceiling with mold stain, the light in the bathroom was not functioning, asked the staff to please change because it was dark in the bathroom, it seemed they came the following day because it lit up for a little bit then became dim again, told the staff the next day but nobody else came till we checked out. The closet smelled like dog/s. The location is nice however I would not recommend this place."

"No shampoos, no bath mat. Had to go to front desk for that and a no slip tub mat. At end got charged for plastic room key when checking out. Hotel was run down and expensive for what it was. Looked like a cheap motel. So disappointed. Yuck!"

"Helpful staff. Quiet. Maintenance requests went unaddressed for a month. Service occurred usually on 14thday but I ended up buying my own mop and broom and did best I was able even being ill and disabled. Otherwise restful."

The only thing we could fault was the water pressure in the shower. It was really weak. Otherwise, we enjoyed our short & sweet stay. Thank you! "

Know in advance that this is non refundable once you book, then you will be required to go to an outside website, upload a photo of your driver license, your credit card and a current photo selfie. Then you will be charged for cleaning and other deposit separately, outside your Orbitz and you must...

"Very clean hotel, hallways smells good. Nice breakfast and great front desk staff. Parking was nice too as you can get in and out of the hotel from various access doors. I parked my car in front of my room window. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Everett."
