"The staff were very helpful and the room was lovely."

"The heat was on full blast, no option to turn off or switch to air. Staff told us to open our sliding door but there was no screen. Room walls are super thin, the room next to us a room full of drunk girls returning from a concert, we could hear the crying, puking and falling all over the place while my daughters tried to sleep. Hotel was clean, but outside of the parking garage there was garbage and a pool of blood that we had to walk over as it was on the steps to the door. Will not stay...

"This is one of the best stay I have ever had... check in was very smooth.. all instructions how to access the room and how to get to the hotel were shared right on time... the unit was extremely clean and well equipped . I objectively highly recommend"

"There isnt enough room in this message box to list the many MANY issues with this place. If you own a tent, that would be an upgrade from this place. Out of all of the digusting things and violent people next door banging around so hard my beds headboard shook, i would say the worst thing was the fact my door wouldn't lock and i only realised that in the morning. I accidently tried opening the door without even thinking of the lock and it opened. I wondered if maybe i spaced out and unlocked it...

"Had a problem checking in - as they wanted to charge me for the room but I had already paid. It was figured out promptly and we got our keys. Clean room. Walls a tad bit thin - we could hear our neighbors snooring. Breakfast buffet was great! Lots of choices to eat from waffles to egg McMuffins and cereal. "

"Parking on the main level could be right outside your room with multiple entrances around the building made bringing in our stuff so easy. Breakfast was delicious and fresh everyday, staff were friendly and helpful, and most important it was quiet at night! "

"Loved the outdoor area with the green space and patio furniture! Starbucks was perfect! The pool was nice, but could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The breakfast buffet was delicious!"

"Older hotel but refurbished nicely. Everyone was pleasant. Most modern properties have some form of breakfast included. This one does not."

"We really enjoyed having our own suite. It would be nice to have something to identify whether or not you want room service. We didn’t figure out how until our last day. Even a small spot in the side wall with a square place to put the magnet."
