"This was a terrible place to stay: we’d already paid for our stay and would have left if able. It took 4 days to get our sink to drain. The shower water pressure was very weak and it did not get repaired until day 4 of our stay. Found someone’s socks on a chair. Pool in disrepair and could not be used. Good coffee and breakfast. Staff was pleasant but unable to get fix-it staff to help with bathroom repairs. Do not recommend this hotel!!"

"Was assigned a room and when I opened the door there were clothes and boots on the bed. When I went to the front desk I was finally assigned a bottom floor which I requested to start with. Also found I was given a non upgraded room when I paid for an upgraded room. When I asked to receive a refund for the difference I was told no. I will not be staying here again."

"Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Embassy Suites Golf Resort in Greenville this past weekend was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Upon arriving at the property, I immediately noticed numerous individuals roaming throughout the lobby and hotel who did not appear to be guests. "The bathroom had a horrible sewer smell. That was the problem the entire time."

"Everything, was clean only a couple of things we had problems with ! First room , tv didn’t work . I had called front desk and he came to look at it then moved us to a different room great with no hesitation. Next room , we had dirty linen, they replaced them with no hesitation . Lastly breakfast was not up to our satisfaction we were disappointed. Other than that great staff and clean room !"

"The floor was sticky and not clean. Pillows were almost flat and like cardboard. Only one bath towel for 2 adults, only one roll of toilet paper and no tissues. Called front desk for toilet paper, tissues and towels; they said it would be "right up". Two hours later we had to go get stuff. Front desk was not helpful, finally gave me towels (one to use as pillow) and 1 roll of toilet paper. "
