"I didn’t realize they didn’t have an elevator and we were on the third floor. The steps to the third floor were very steep and my husband’s knee was bad.
They don’t have enough parking so again you have to carry your luggage from down the street. I felt for the amount of money I paid, parking would be easier for guests and access to my room would be easier!"

"The room was very clean and the free breakfast was quite good. However our toilet would not flush and our TV did not work. We ended up using the restroom in the lobby! At a Hampton inn I do not expect luxury, but I do expect working toilets and TVs. It was a very busy weekend and we paid a very high rate for this room because of that and we are disappointed with the condition our room was in."
