"The room was clean but smaller than in the picture. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was standard. The only missing was there was no hook for used towels in the bathroom. It was a bit inconvenient. Also there was much counter space around the bathroom sink."

My most recent stay, however, was disappointing because of the customer service I received from the nighttime front desk attendant.When I arrived, my room door was ajar, and the bed looked as though someone had already been used. I reported my concerns to the front desk, and the attendant explained that housekeeping had forgotten to close the door. I requested a different room. She told me she couldn’t assist...
