"Lovely room and facilities but why charge for car park if you’re staying, appreciate it’s near the airport but there must be a way of controlling access without penalising guests who have already paid to stay."

"Excellent choice for where to stay for the Nottingham Tennis and to pick up my child from Nottingham University halls. Everything worked a treat. Child was less than 5 minutes away so I could say hi, drop off a takeaway and load up the car for end of year departure. "Check in was no frills. We arrived half an hour before check in and was offered a room but for an extra fee. I accidentally booked the room for one person so had to pay an extra £12 for breakfast which was fair enough but on check out an additional £10 for the extra person which I thought was unfair."
