"Everything was great, cleanliness, beautiful property. The breakfast was out of quite a few options and the coffee wasn’t working. But everything else was great!"

"Who rated this hotel 9.8? No bellman all during stay. Room had no radio/clock, no pen or notepad, no room service menu or breakfast door hanger. It did have toilet tissue equal to a good Motel 6 and nicely black colored grout in shower. Free Wi-Fi only if you signed up for Hilton app. Breakfast not included, told "not at that price" by front desk supervisor. Asked valet how much parking was and was told "it depends on how busy hotel is", then pointed to sign $48. next day it was $42. I...

"Room 510 is directly under the weight room so you can hear people dropping the weights to the floor. "

"The Holiday Inn served breakfast and had a small pool. The rooms were okay. The heating and cooling was not working. You couldn’t get even a fan setting to work. Temperature in the room made it difficult to sleep."

"Bathroom door squeaked horribly because door had previously been broken. Hinges were bent and reinstalled poorly. One of the light switches worked but was broken. Bed was fantastic. Parking nice but pricey. Liked that you needed card to come and go. Breakfast was very nice also."

"The room as advertised indicated it slept 5. This is false. With the way the photos looked, it appeared the room had a twin sleeper. The room fit 5, but we had to get an air mattress to make it work. The air mattress deflated in the middle of the night. So, if you have 5 people, be prepared to sleep on the floor. Otherwise, property is nice and clean."

"The standard rooms are fairly small, especially the bathroom. But they are wonderfully appointed, the bar/lounge is stellar, and the staff (from top to bottom) are fantastically well-trained, helpful, and friendly. I recommend upgrading to a larger room for the perfect stay/experience."

"The room was very nicely remodeled but very BASIC....the concierge Dennis was available 24/7 & provided cups, bottled water & kleenex upon our request & delivered them to our room. The bed was very comfortable. There was no remote with the TV so we had to use the buttons on the TV itself. All in all if you're looking for a place to sleep/shower it's great for the price. Would stay there again..close to downtown!"

"The young man working the overnight front desk should be running his own hotel one day! I’m rarely impressed with professional acumen, kindness, and sincere effort to go above and beyond. I literally watched this young man treat a dozen or more people checking in with such professionalism that I was astonished. The rooms are extremely big, super clean and they have an indoor pool, I however, it was freezing cold.. the breakfast exceeded expectations. I think it’s a wonderful hotel at a perfect...
