"One of my favorite places to stay. Big rooms, great breakfast, and close to everything. Staff is great. Stayed here multiple times and love it."

"Rooms themselves are standard hotel rooms. Breakfast is pretty bad and it was extra time of booking. So skip breakfast. Also staff is pretty unhelpful unfriendly and not interested at all on serving. also they charge for parking. Many better options in the area so unless you get a pretty cheap rate I would skip."

"I would not recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers. The biggest issue during my stay was the internet connection. The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable, and despite multiple follow-ups with the hotel staff, the problem was never resolved. A stable internet connection is essential for business travel, and this was very disappointing. Another concern was the work environment. "The room was not clean. The sheets were visibly stained, the shower did not appear to have been cleaned, and the kitchenette was also dirty. There were also spiders in the room. I booked a room with two queen beds and a pullout couch, but the pullout couch had no sheets and could not be used. When I went to the front desk, I was told they had no extra sheets. After I pushed the issue, they eventually started laundry and gave me a fitted sheet, flat sheet, one blanket, and a pillowcase, but no...

"This hotel was very clean. I watched as staff were constantly cleaning and tidying the inside and outside of the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The AC was working great. We especially appreciated the full breakfast. There was a large variety of breakfast items including eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, juices, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we plan to stay again on our next trip."

"The front desk Asian employee initially charged me $170 per night for incidentals. After I stepped away to verify whether that amount was correct, she changed it to just $20. When I asked how the amount could change so drastically, she couldn’t provide an explanation. She also assigned me to a room where the phone wasn’t working, so I couldn’t call the front desk. "We had no air conditioning for 2 days. Booked the room with breakfast included only to arrive and be told that it was not included. The price to pay for breakfast was way too expensive. I was told that we would get backn1 nights stay refunded to my card and that never happened. The beds were AWFUL. The ONLY good thing about this hotel was the front desk staff. DO NOT stay in this hotel."

"I’ll start with the staff - great interactions every time. The hotel is extremely comfortable (not “luxurious” or a “resort” type property). When in the area I will always check the Doubletree first!!!!"
