I didn't like anything. The room was a dump. For $428.00 for a 3-night stay, the place was in shambles. Please look at the pictures. The kitchen sink was not even cleaned from the previous person. The sheets had a makeup stain on it. It looked like an abandoned property. There was a constant banging noise to the point that my bed was shaking and vibrating from the noise. Big bangs against the headboard area. Then it would stop, and a constant, low thud would sound over and over, like a machine or pipes in the wall, or as if someone was doing jumping jacks. I tried to listen to the room next door, but there was no sound coming from it. It was in the walls. Then at 1 am, someone started yelling across the hall, and I heard a huge crash several times like as if someone was throwing chairs. I called the front desk, and I heard them knocking on the door, but no one answered, and they just didn't do anything about it. This went on for an hour. They offered to change my room to a room they said had no complaints, which means they put me in a room that they knew had complaints. I said I was going out for the day, and when I come back, if the noise continues, I will move. I came back, and that constant low thud sound was there again. I thought if I had to pack up everything and move, I might as well find another hotel. I did, right next door to the Hampton Inn. No issues at the Hampton, If I could give it no stars, I would.
