"Close enough to the centre of Ghent to be able to access everything easily but also far enough out so not noisy at night. Everything you would want to see is within walking distance including parking if you cannot access the hotels spot ( limited). Very hospital friendly accomodating hostess and staff. "Very friendly staff helpful with information and any questions. Able to store bags before and after check in/out with no problems. Tristram was extremely welcoming and chatty in a warm and professional way. The room had everything we needed along with free water and a very effective heating/ cooling system. A bit of fun with the toilet button in reception, try it if you stay. The hotel is close to walk to all major attractions and has shops/ cafes near by and the tram. Highly recommend."

"A lovely, quirky place to stay! Really convenient for Ghent centre, with parking and EV charging. We were in the Captain’s cabin which was great for the three of us. Breakfast was very nice too. Only improvement would have been the shower room. The drain couldn’t keep up with the shower which meant you had to paddle about for a good while after anyone had a shower (the toilet was in there too!). Condensation issues in there led to a bit of mould too on the walls. Decor everywhere else was...
