Everything this is my 4th or 5th time to stay at this hotel and each time it gets better ,the customer service received by all staff from check in to check out is nothing short of outstanding which is so rare nowadays. It just seams to get better every stay . Well done 👏

Lift not working, need to climb three stairs with luggage, building under renovation, noisy started early in the morning, scaffolding workers walking outside bathroom, living room eve though our room on the third floor, privacy and safety issue, Very messy and dirty with renovation and demolition ...
